The academic year for each level is 12 months, beginning immediately after the registration period for the batch ends.

All prescribed courses remain available to students throughout the academic year. Students may choose to study one or more courses according to their preference, but they must complete them within the academic year.

A lesson will not be unlocked until the student has completed the previous lesson and fulfilled its requirements.

To pass a level, students must successfully complete all prescribed courses within the designated academic year. If a student fails to complete a course within the specified period, they will be considered to have failed unless an officially accepted excuse is submitted to the administration. In such cases, the student may retake the course only by enrolling in a new batch.

Registration for each batch remains open for two weeks and closes immediately once the allocated seats (60 male and female students) are filled.

Study begins after the registration period ends, regardless of whether all seats have been filled. Registration for the second batch opens immediately after the registration period of the first batch concludes, and enrollment continues in this manner for subsequent batches.

Each batch is assigned a number of live sessions with instructors and the academic supervisor to ensure better comprehension of the material and increased engagement in the learning process.

Sessions are organized according to academic departments (e.g., Qur’an Studies, Prophetic Sunnah, etc.). Each department holds two live sessions per academic year: one during the first five months and another during the second five months.

Students receive the schedule and timings of the sessions in advance. Attendance at live sessions is a course requirement. In cases of officially accepted excuses, students may compensate by watching the session recording.

1. Lesson Quiz:
A quiz based on objective questions (multiple-choice format).

2. Assignments:
Assignments and research tasks in selected subjects and courses.

3. Final Examination:

• Students are eligible to take the final exam after completing all lessons and course requirements. 
• The examination window remains open for eleven months, after which all examinations are closed. Students must therefore complete all examinations within this period. 
• The twelfth month of the academic year is dedicated exclusively to retake examinations (second sitting). 

Retake Examination

The retake examination becomes available one month after joining the batch and remains open until the end of the twelfth month of the academic year. Students who do not pass the first examination may retake it at any suitable time during this period.

Examination Format

Examinations consist of objective questions (multiple-choice) and essay questions.

The results of the objective section appear immediately to the student, while the results of the essay section are released after grading within a maximum period of one week.

Students may submit a request for review and regrading of exam questions, and grades will be adjusted if the objection is found to be valid.

The passing score for both the first sitting and the retake examination is 70%.

• Students who successfully pass a course receive a Course Completion Certificate. 
• Students who successfully complete all courses within a level receive a Level Completion Certificate. 
• Students who successfully complete all levels receive an Academy Graduation Certificate.
