The Specialized Program is a structured educational initiative based on a scientific methodology with unbroken chain of transmission. It consists of several levels and stages aimed at producing knowledgeable scholars in Islamic sciences and their branches. This program is intended for those who have the desire and ability to dedicate specific times for study, as the courses are time-bound and follow a weekly schedule with designated academic terms. The study includes live sessions with instructors, discussion forums, activities, and a precise assessment mechanism. Students are required to follow lessons and submit the required assignments according to the schedule provided.

How to Study

The program currently contains one level in English. Students who wish to continue to the second and third levels must study them in Arabic with Arabic-speaking Shaykhs. Students may choose to study the available English level or selected courses; upon successful completion, they will receive a certificate of completion for that level or course.

 ·         Registration for the course (or subject) is open for two weeks and closes immediately once the specified number of seats is filled. The course begins after the registration period ends, regardless of whether the seats are fully occupied or not.

Each new course begins halfway through the previous one. Features of this system include:

  1. Increased Enrollment: Allows the maximum number of students to join courses throughout the year.
  2. Better Batch Organization: New students join at a steady pace, avoiding overcrowding.

Five days a week, from Saturday to Wednesday (Thursday and Friday are holidays). Each day, one lesson from the course is released.

This is to ensure better comprehension of the course and to increase engagement in the learning process. Each session lasts one hour and is organized as follows:

  1. Courses with fewer than 25 lessons will have one live session in the middle of the course.
  2. Courses with 25 lessons or more will have two live sessions: one in the middle of the course and one before the last two lessons. Attendance at live sessions is mandatory, contributes to the course grade, and in case of an accepted official excuse, students can make up by watching the recorded session.

  •  Lesson Quiz: A multiple-choice quiz is given after each lesson. The passing score is 80%
  • Assignments: Some courses and subjects include assignments and research tasks. Students cannot access the next lesson until they complete the quiz and requirements of the current lesson.
  • Final Exam: Students can schedule the final exam within two weeks after the course ends, choosing a convenient day and time. The passing score is 70%. If a student fails, a second attempt is allowed one week after the first exam.

If a student passes a course, they receive a Course Completion Certificate. Upon successfully completing all courses in a level, they receive a Level Completion Certificate. After successfully completing all levels, the student is awarded a Graduation Certificate from the academy.
