| This course introduces the foundational knowledge of Islamic belief (ʿAqīdah) and spiritual refinement (Sulūk), guiding learners to understand the essential principles of faith and the inner dimensions of worship. It explores the testimony of faith, the oneness and attributes of Allah, the articles of faith including angels, revealed books, prophets, the Last Day, and divine decree, while also emphasizing the purpose of creation and the harmony between revelation and reason. In addition, the course develops an understanding of spiritual excellence (Iḥsān), focusing on purification of the heart, overcoming the lower self, and cultivating noble character through the teachings of the Qur’an and the example of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), enabling participants to strengthen their faith and deepen their connection with Allah in both knowledge and practice.
